I was up 1.4lbs this week :(. Such a bummer, because I think back to Christmas and I gained 1.4lbs over the 2 weeks at Christmas, which I thought was pretty darn good, than on a normal week I gain the same.
I was sick last week so I guess I should have expected something going up with me beginning to eat normally again. Also my work was all messed up this week. I only ended up working on Monday night and 1hr on Tuesday, than nothing the rest of the week. I need the consistency of work to keep me in check with my food, being off doesn't help in any way. I'm off again this week so hopefully I can get better control of things and have a more consistent plan and get some runs in.
At least I got all my exercise in this week, so that is good.
Today we are having a big practice for the gym, BodyPump and BodyStep for me today. New releases are coming in a few weeks so our practices are always a lot of fun.

Your body will be back to normal and you are going to kick some butt.
