Tuesday menu

Trying something different this week, for over a year I've been having oatmeal for breakfast. I love oatmeal but this week I'm going to try a protein instead.

egg 2

oatmeal 2

turkey 3
broccoli and cauliflower 0
dip 2
yogurt 2
strawberries 1

coffee 3
hot chocolate 1

turkey 3
spinach 0
strawberries 1
almonds 2
goat cheese 2
raspberry/pomegranate vinaigrette 1

total 25
AP will be +2 after the girlies are asleep.

I might have to give up my beloved coffee, I'm not sure 3 pts is worth it anymore...we shall see.

Mmmm...sounds good! I have done tons of tweaking throughout my weight loss journey. It's good to keep finding different foods that work for you!

(have you tried lowering the points by using milk instead of cream or sweetener instead of sugar?)

I've tried using milk instead of cream but its not the same. I use as little as possible of sweetners too, thats why I'm wondering if the 3pts is worth a drink for me???
So far the verdict is yes, lol.
