Something is going right.

I'm trying to undo my damage of not really 'tracking' the last week. Two days until my WI.

I got back to the treadmill today, I wasn't ready to brave the rain as I haven't run in a couple of weeks. I got 3.5 miles in no problem so I was happy with that. I was running at 5.4 miles/hr than for my last 5 min I upped it to 6 thinking I'd die but I survived :)

Eating is all good too, today's menu so far:

oatmeal 2
milk 1

banana 2
coffee 3

Latortilla tortilla 1
greek salad 5

yogurt 3
cheese string 1

fish 5
asparagus 0
brown rice 4
parmesan cheese 1

total 28, +1 AP left, which I'm going to need something as I'm starved :)
