How to lose 5lbs in 2hrs...

Teach back to back classes BodyStep and Bodypump. We did the new release for BodyStep tonight than I did my regular pump class. I worked my butt off, it was fun, we had lots of people about 35 in each class.

I weighed myself before class, not sure why. Than I thought well I'll weigh myself after class too. I was down a whole 5lbs! That is a lot of sweat to lose. So what does this mean? Well obviously I need to replenish my fluids. So for every kg you lose during exercise you need to replenish it with water and/or fluids by 150% or 1.5L per kg. I lost 2.5kg thus I need to drink 3.75L...holy moly! That is a lot of H2O. I guess I better get started.
