Today's WI, down 0.2lb today. Not much but I had a big loss last week.
A few things that were different this week that I think made an effect. On medication, not sure if this plays a part but it could have. I worked during the day and not at night, thus most of my water intake happened before 4pm and not so much afterwards whereas when I work at night most of my water intake is between 4pm and midnight. I also had coffee everyday last week and I haven't done that in a long time, I was down to 3 a week but I REALLY needed them this week, oi! No running, I'm working on that with husband, so I'm going to plan tomorrow what days I need to run. Its all part of balance and some weeks are definitely harder to balance than others.

at least the scale is going in the right direction. a small loss is a loss right??? that is what i keep telling myself!
