Super Sunday

Ok, I can really do this well every week if I just stick to everything. Yes I was very hungry on Monday and Tuesday on a normal day I would have eaten something, still healthy, but over my points. It is difficult, by Thursday I was really wanting to give into the chocolate. Instead I just counted the points for it instead...doable.

Instead of having an off day yesterday I stayed on track.

My goals for last week were:

1. Get my workouts in= sortof kindof, I was sicker as each day passed. So I did try all my workouts, really wanted to get 2 runs in but my cold has gotten into my chest and running is totally out of the question. The other thing I had a hard time doing was downward dogs for yoga, too much head congestion. But other than that I stuck to the plan.

2. Drink 3L of water
I did this every day!!

3. No eating after 8pm
About 1/2 of the days I managed this the other times I had either fruit or a hot drink.

Goals for this week:
1. Drink 3L of water
2. Get healthy!
3. Get workouts and 1 run in.

Today I took the girls for a long walk with a girlfriend of mine, it was a beautiful sunny day! It was such a sunny weekend here, lots of outside time and a bit of a sun/windburn to go with it. It was great to get exercise in and chat with a friend. I hope its getting warmer for everyone, spring is coming... hopefully we've seen the last of the snow :)

I'm crossing my fingers for that same thing--HOpefully the spring is here for real. I'm tired of snow. Good job with your goals and it seems like you're moving to a healthier state of mind!

Those horrible people at weather.com are actually telling me that we may get snow flurries here on Thursday. It COULD end up just being rain, but it COULD be that horrid white stuff instead. Seriously? It's supposed to be 61 on Tuesday and possibly SNOW on Thursday??? Blah. I hope your weather stays more on the nicer end of the spectrum and that your congestion leaves so you can enjoy it more!!!
