And I'm going to clean my house, I know so exciting for a Friday night. I really really want to run but my house has been neglected most of the week. So for sanity I will clean, besides I already got a kickboxing workout in during naptime. But still really missing my long runs and running in general. I'm hoping to get out tomorrow for a long one.
WI tomorrow, I'm not sure this week. I tried to eat well but my water was down from normal and I had some stress eating attacks. I tried to contain them with exercise but in the end I think I lost some nights :) Onward and downward, we will wait and see how tomorrow turns out, I surprise myself sometimes.
I did Bodyjam last night, first time since I was pregnant with my first. I wanted something different and to get my heartrate to work at a lower intensity. It was fun but not something I'd like to watch myself do in the mirror, lol.

Body Jam makes me feel like the biggest idiot ever...so does Zumba for the record.
