WI Saturday

I will update later tonight but for now I paid the price with a 1.2lb gain for last week :(.

Positives, I did a 5mile run yesterday on the treadmill :).

I could really lose your help - I've been selected as a finalist in a local Biggest Loser style competition and need your help by voting for me! You can vote daily up until the contest ends in August! I've already lost 90+ lbs, and have just 35 or more to go. I'm also in training for my first triathlon on July 12th!

I am going to be doing my first 5 mile run on saturday. Do you have any tips? I will be outside (47 degrees and sunny) - I normally dont bring water on my run, do you think I should? My avg pace is 12:25.
