This is going to be tough because I'm starving and I hate going to bed hungry, but I think its just me realizing I can't eat like I did on the weekend. Day 1 done and on to tomorrow, no cheating.

It's hard when you are hungry to stay focused. Usually when I am doing a diet, that is when I am most hungry, because I am thinking about it all the time.
Yea when you're hungry it is absolutely no fun at all. Can you eat something small and water dense like a tomato or cucumbeR? Normally when I eat something like that with a tall glass of water, the knawing feeling goes away and I can go to sleep. I think though when you're hungry you should be able to eat enough to get the growling to stop. That's my philosophy in life: If your body's telling you it needs to eat, then eat SOMETHING even if it is a salad or something small.
Sorry that you are a having a bit of a hard time. You are so close to dipping out of the 190's so stick with it girl. Just out of curiousity...why are you eating the luna bar if you think it's gross?
I like the luna bar and its easier as a snack for work because some of my breaks are less than 10min and to eat, go to the washroom, refill my water barely gives me time.
I tried that particular one because it sounded really good, but it didn't taste as good :). I like the smores one, chocolate brownie.
