I can't think of anything to write, but I'm still here.
WI tomorrow, not sure on this. I still don't feel right. Going on week 3 of this which is a long time for me. I did get 3 short runs in this week, however for my 3rd run I was too pooped to finish and walked the rest.
I need to get back into the swing of things! I noticed how quickly my endurance has gone with my running so little. 2miles used to be easy for me and now its a struggle. So upwards I go to increase my stamina.

I'm sure you'll get back into tiptop running mode again in no time. Your 3 short runs are STILL 3 more than mine! Good luck with the WI!!!
