And a little rant on being sick :(
So I've been sick with just a cold for almost a week. I haven't been able to run or do my Insanity workouts. I taught my Bodypump class last night and I cannot believe how quickly my cardio has gone. This week off has been the longest I've taken off for at least 4 months. We work so hard to build our cardio endurance up and than it can virtually disappear in an 1/8 of the time. Grant it I am still in the sick stage and I try to push myself but its hard. I start to see things get flabby already...uh, well, maybe thats just my silly women mind, but I feel like I'm getting flabby quickly.
Ok nasty ass cough and stuffy nose and permanent headache, get out of my body!

How terrible. I hate it when I am down with cold. Hope you feel better.
I hope that you start to feel better soon. I am sure that you will be able to get your endurance back once you are are better!

Awww Sarah, I'm sure you haven't lost your endurance. Your body is probably still trying to recuperate. Give it a few days and you'll see. :)
