- I got to the gym this morning for my run that I missed yesterday.
- I took my girls with me to the gym, they did great aside from the 5min break I took to go wipe one's bum, she wouldn't let anyone else do it. But she did it on the potty, so I'm happy.
- We had a picnic on the living room floor
- My sister visited and brought me coffee
- I got myself and girls ready for work/daycare with minimal fuss :)
- Ate well and loving the new mocha almond kashi bars.
- Got my new music/choreography for Bodypump and Bodystep
- Worked...blah
- Got a second workout in after work
- Now its 1:30am and I better get some sleep as my darlings don't sleep in past 6am....zzzzzz
My weightloss journey to get back to my old size amidst all the great things in my life; this is definitely not easy.

Sounds like a pretty stellar day!!! :o)
1. I think it's so great that gyms are accommodating to people with children now. Several of the locations that I frequent have daycare centres in them.
2. A picnic sounds like so much fun!
