Good Things Today

  1. I got to the gym this morning for my run that I missed yesterday.
  2. I took my girls with me to the gym, they did great aside from the 5min break I took to go wipe one's bum, she wouldn't let anyone else do it. But she did it on the potty, so I'm happy.
  3. We had a picnic on the living room floor
  4. My sister visited and brought me coffee
  5. I got myself and girls ready for work/daycare with minimal fuss :)
  6. Ate well and loving the new mocha almond kashi bars.
  7. Got my new music/choreography for Bodypump and Bodystep
  8. Worked...blah
  9. Got a second workout in after work
  10. Now its 1:30am and I better get some sleep as my darlings don't sleep in past 6am....zzzzzz

1. I think it's so great that gyms are accommodating to people with children now. Several of the locations that I frequent have daycare centres in them.

2. A picnic sounds like so much fun!

3. I LOVE those Kashi bars, they're my fav.

4. Two workouts? You rock!
