Another satisfying dinner idea

Yesterday I made my own version of this recipe taken from Canadian Living magazine. I absolutely love this magazine, there are so many great meal ideas with all the nutritional values. Most of the recipes are quick. They are great for someone like me who wants good, quick dinner ideas.

I used whole wheat rotini pasta and regular shredded cheese instead of parmesean in my version. But my daughters ate this without too much running away from the table. A great vegetarian dish.

Tonight was fast and easy, scrambled eggs with chopped up cauliflower.

Thats all from me, no exercise still but I'm enjoying more blog time :).
