My morning workout

So far this week I've gotten up at 5:20 to get some type of workout in. Its not running but I've been doing the p90X cardio session for about 30minutes and today I did some yoga. I feel much better starting my day this way. I used to wake up and read blogs, though I miss it, exercise is far better for me.

The biggest change I noticed is I have more patience. Getting ready in the morning is hectic and yes I tend to lose it, never a good way to have a morning. This exercise has made me much more calmer to start my day and I'm also not always thinking about when will I get to workout.

Its not easy to make this little change but its the discipline, as Angie wrote about that is getting me there.

Now that is commitment. Aren't morning workouts the best though? I'll bet your energy level is really increasing too.

Sounds like I need to follow your lead and get my butt up in the morning and get in some activity. My Mom has the P90X. I think now is the time to borrow it.
