Day 8 of no Tim's!

And going well. I've also been getting up early yesterday and today to get my workout it. Surprisingly I'm not tired.

Now I do still have coffee or a latte, just not my daily need to go to Tim's.

Exercise is going well too. I wish I could get some running in but the dvd's are working great. My oldest daughter usually gets up with me or shortly after and she either reads some books or does alphabets on the computer. Either way its long enough for me to get some exercise and not stress out over it. I feel SO much better and normal. I am so loving this right now :)

Journalling has fallen the last few days but I'm back at it today and trying to remember what I ate yesterday. Surprise, surprise I was 8 over for yesterday and I thought I did well, lol! That's what happens when you forget to journal. Good thing I'm getting some activity points!

Exercising in the morning is always good-then you don't make excuses later. Glad you're finding time to get in some activity.
