I took 2 cans of black beans, rinsed well
1 big can of tomatoes
1/2 red pepper
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped 1inch chunks
Put it in a crock pot for about 8hrs on low, sweet potatoes on the bottom, added in about a cup of cilantro (key winner ingredient for me), cook for another hour on low and enjoy.
Not sure on the points for WW but I'm going to guess 4-5pts per cup. If anyone has access to a calculator and wants to share let me know, I don't know of an online free one.
Oh and one more thing, she adds mango on top of this. I didn't do it here but just something else if you want to try.

This looks like something Tom would absolutely LOVE!!! I've never a big sweet potato fan (I've tried SO many ways ... just can't do it) ... but I did pick some up for him this past week so now I'll have to try this for him :)
Okay ... assuming your can sizes are the same as mine typically are I ended up getting a GRAND TOTAL of 26 Points for the whole recipe (no idea how many servings you ended up with). BUT they are all "Filling Foods" so if you ever decide to do that Simply Filling thing instead of Points you would be able to eat it all without counting a thing ;)
Oh this is a dish I would love to try. Taking down your recipe! ;)
