I did have to resort to drinking Tim's again though :(. We shall see what I will do. I found that when I had cravings for something I'd sip my coffee throughout the day. Without it I just search the cupboards for something to munch on. Not a good thing especially since I'm off for another 3 weeks.
I won't talk about my eating at all because its nothing to be proud or note. I weighed myself today and it looks like I'm up about 4lbs, so not as bad as I thought. We will see what happens when I go to a real WI at my Weight Watchers meeting.
For today its back to reality with eating, exercise and cleaning!
I started off with a cup of cooked squash, 1/2 cup of light ricotta, 1/2 of applesauce and some cinnamon. Heat it in the microwave. I wanted to try something different for my breakfast and this has faired quite well when I do it. I cook the squash when I get a chance than put it in the fridge to be ready. 3pts and lots of food. Correct me if I'm wrong, I looked up acorn squash and it said 0pts. Let me know if I'm incorrect, thanks!
Lunch was some veggie soup, egg, weight watcher tortilla and some cheese.
Snack was yogurt and pineapple, than I had a pear before I taught at the gym tonight.
After the gym I went for coffee, no dinner and I spoiled myself with a 6pt drink.
Dinner was whole wheat pasta and spaghetti sauce.
On track for today and .....NO CHOCOLATE!
And this was a delicious find, I can't remember I believe its 3pts per cup but it tastes fabulous, hot or cold. Totally worth it.

I'd say falling asleep at the brunch table qualifies as tired. But, it's Cute. :) Sounds like they caught up on their sleep and things are back to normal.
Have never had acorn squash before. Your meal intrigues me though. Perhaps, I'll be brave enough to try it.
Welcome back to reality. It sounds like you had a wonderful holiday!
