Where did the first week of July go? Trying to catch up on blog reading and July goals.

I lost one inch off of my waist which I think is pretty decent. I had 2 weeks of not really doing too much excercise wise. My weight eventually stayed the same in June, up, down, up, down.

I taught Bodystep and Bodypump tonight. I am officially pooped.
