The workout 10min run to the hill, run up and around the hill 3X, than at the end do 15sec quick sprints up a small hill, 10min run home.
The experience, I soo loved this workout that I think I may add this in. It took me about 50min and I pushed myself through. Improvements from last year was I could only run halfway up the hill than walked the rest. Today I ran the WHOLE time!! woohoo! slowly but surely. I'm happy with the progress in a year and a half of running.
The first hill run was the worst. Very quickly my arms got tired until I could regulate my breathing and bring that O2 back :). The second round my thighs were burning. The leg home my buns were tightening. All in all a great challenge and I found a new workout :)
I didn't bring a camera with me as mine is large so here is my after shot. Yes my face was that red and my hat is wet with sweat. :)
Dinner tonight was brown rice with sweet and sour chicken.

Aren't these monkey's cute! We were off to visit my in-laws tonight. To visit their new additions, 3 week old shitzu's.
Of course we've visited them before, they had a rough start. The mom almost passed away but she is doing pretty well now. The pups need to be fed through a bottle because the mom was on antibiotics. It is just an amazing thing to see my girls try to feed these little wee pups.

And how could I forget, yesterday was my birthday, another year flying by. We celebrated at my mom's on the weekend and I might sneak in a cake this weekend here ;)

So cute! Congrats on your accomplishments. You look great. I am about the same weight as you now, and I want to be about the same for a goal. Only I'm 5 inches shorter! Ahhh!
