Monday stuff

A little late but Monday started out release week at the gym. Which means new choreography and music for Bodypump, step, combat, flow, attack, rpm, etc. Which also means lots of teaching for me :). Last night was a double bodystep and bodypump. It was fun, not too many people because its summer and numbers dwindle to the diehards but still fun.

I went to Costco yesterday and found these adorable peppers. I was also in the mood for some ciabatta buns (9 grain) and sauteed vegetable sandwiches so this little pepper went great.


The sandwich was zucchini, mushrooms, pepper and cheese, toasted. YUM!

And it was so yummy I had one after the gym for dinner too. This one was different, tomato sauce with sauteed arugula, onions and portabella mushroom. Of course yummy again.
Afterwards I had some watermelon and one of my coconut larabars I made.

This week's challenge from Amy is to eat clean for one day. I thought about this and I think this will be a piece of cake, but than I looked at those tasty ciabatta buns and thought I better be able to do this. I like to think I eat pretty clean anyway but when I examine my journals there is always room to improve.

I'm also still having my motion/dizziness (inner ear infection). I'm almost done my prescription and I went back to my doctor today. He said it could be a while :(. Not fun at all. I couldn't sleep too much last night because I just feel the spins. I got a new scrip that should help but I hope it goes away soon. If it's not gone in a few weeks (@$%*@!!!) than I can go back for some more testing. I'm hoping for it to not go on that long.
