Yes another WI already. I'm up 2.4lbs. No biggie really. My leader said I look great. I of course said thanks but mentioned that I've been the same weight since February and its getting a little tiring. So maybe I've lost inches...well actually I have so I guess that is ok.
My good thing this week is I went to my meeting. I knew I was up on Wednesday and than I went away with my family for a couple of days. We brought lots of healthy food to eat, which I'm happy we did but I still gained. When I looked at the scale this morning I thought...well self you just better go to the meeting, who cares if your up you just have to keep going.
I'm going to start my mini goals again because it was so daunting in the beginning and now I just can't even get out of the 190lb mark. I'm floating between 188 and 191 right now. So I decided I will make a goal to get to 186 and buy a pair of jeans. I'm about 10-15lbs from a pair that I own to fit and as we all know 10lbs could potentially take a while to get off.

It's definitely not all about the scale, but it's sometimes hard to convince ourselves otherwise. I'm trying to take other cues... what folks are saying, how clothes fit, etc., but the scale is still my ultimate test.
Hi there! I just found your blog, and wanted to leave you a "great job" comment. I lost 150 pounds and have kept it off for 12 years, so I admire how far you have come, and understand where you have come from!
The scale will move again for you. Keep up the good work, and I'm rooting for those new jeans for you!
Rewards always seem to help a bit with the motivation, hopefully you'll have those jeans in a week or two! :)
