Stay the same

This is pretty much my weight as of late. Today I'm down 1.2 lbs but I have to double check as my weigher at Weight Watchers unfortunately always adds up wrong. I'm happy yes, but really I went after I taught a class so I'm sure its 1lb of sweat that I lost.

The thing is I've been doing well with most things. I've been journalling everyday which I normally don't last this long. However about mid week, I just was contemplating quitting WW or not journalling. Maybe I obsess so much on journalling that I end up eating more food? I didn't eat too well this week. My main meals were good, we had cake a few times this week too. Than I thought if I stay the same this week it doesn't make sense. Eat bad stay the same, eat good stay the same. As you can read I'm a bit frustrated. This is not a 3 week plateau, 2 month plateau, I've been the same weight since February. Its a LONG time plateau :(.

Please tell me how do you get out of your plateau? I don't eat processed foods (although I have yet to get a whole day in on clean eating for Amy, I like coffee too much). With little ones I exercise usually 3x a week, not counting walks. I'm not going to quit WW because I really want my 50lbs charm :).

After 19mths of WW this time I just thought I'd be at goal by now (Eeyore sigh).

Good news is : my head is not spinning anymore! My antibiotic worked on the last day! Fingers crossed I don't get sick again for a while.

I have lots of pictures of meals over the last few days however I never made it to the computer!

It's frustrating, isn't it? Wish I knew some way to help but I'm not at all familiar with WW's new plans. When I did Flex the only times I were really successful were when I did the Wendi Plan to divy up my points.

i know how you feel. all i can tell you is to keep going! keep trying. you have lost so much already. i know you will continue to lose if you just keep going. (that is what i keep telling myself) i havent lost any weight for 2 months. but i also have been half on half off. sometimes i think this happens because you just need a break.....

Good luck to you! i hope this "plateau" starts moving in the downward direction again!

Glad to hear that you're feeling better.

I know how frustrating STS can be. Maybe change up the exercise routine, although you seem to do a mix of things already. I know telling you to just keep doing what you're doing isn't that helpful, but it will work eventually. :) You're doing awesome, so just remember that!
