My clean eating plan that is. I tried it out today. I got a run in this morning and taught Bodypump tonight so off to a good start in my week.
For some reason my camera isn't working to upload pics so here's my menu today:
breakfast:
1/4 cup cashews 5
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese 2
1 cup cantalope 1
(can't give it up) coffee 2
lunch:
ciabatta 7 grain bread 4
3 slices chicken deli meat 2
tomato, onion, arugula
avocado 2
snack:
1/2 cup kashi cinnamon shredded wheat 2
1 cup skim milk 2
dinner:
spinach salad 0
salmon 5
EVOO 2
I'm still counting the points just to see where I stand. There was another snack in there that I didn't get to, however I might now since I'm starving. Its 2 slices of was crackers and almond butter. So total points today is 29 without said snack which is over my usual by 3. Eeeks this always scares me but I will stick to it for this week as best I can (I'll be away for 2 days).
