Impromptu picnic

Following Amy's challenge this week for some clean eating, I decided to pick up a clean eating magazine. In the magazine there is a two week plan for clean eating, shown below. I looked through it and thought this was a doable thing. The daily calories are around 1500-1600cal daily. I have never counted calories so I have no idea what I eat now, I can guesstimate 1300cal by counting 50 calories per point (weight watcher) that I eat. When I look at that I'd say 1300 is pretty darn low. So we shall see how this week goes on this plan.
Today's breakfast was 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese, blueberries, kiwi and about 12 almonds. This kept me pretty good for a few hours. I did have a coffee. Than we were off for an impromptu all day picnic. I did manage to get in the snack which was almond butter on 2 wasa crackers. I didn't dive into the many snacky foods that were out all day, but I was definitely starving come dinner time.
Dinner was shredded chicken breast, refried beans, etc. Yummy! and I did dip into 2 ribs and some potato salad (waited too long to eat).
My father in law brought this watermelon which I thought was a hoot, weight watcher watermelon....seriously??

It was a perfectly fun day with family. My girls, niece, and nephew in an after running race hug :)
