My gym has some funky mirrors. I usually go in front of a mirror that makes me look, well...not so great. I just like that spot in the room. Today I moved spots and I was in front of a skinny mirror! Oh how I love skinny mirrors :) I can actually see some differences in my body. This is a big confidence boost to me and helps me to keep going.
At another gym, there is a terrible fat mirror, its horrible, even the skinny are chubsters in this mirror. Its like an ongoing joke, "don't stand in front of the fat mirror"
So the next time you looked distorted change spots maybe there is a better mirror out there for you.
