And some other non-mentionables on here. I find it hard when I'm home all day, I get bored and find simple sugars to eat. I know why do I have them in my house? But I'm trying to go by the theory that if you have it, you won't binge on it as much as if you don't have it. I have a girlfriend and in highschool they always had a GIGANTIC bowl of M&M's on her kitchen table. I asked "how do you not eat that all day" she said she never even noticed it there, its just always there. And you know what, she's a normal size too, not big, not tiny just your average every women wants to be size.
