Jumping to conclusions

Thats me, panicky little crabs jumping to conclusions.

I was running the other day and coughed and it seems things had come undone down there. So me with an uncomfortable 5hr ride home from my mom's pannicked and starting searching. I couldn't see a doctor till today. Whom has reassured me that I'm fine and normal. We'll see how it goes.

Needless to say I was a bit off track with eating this week from not eating because I was depressed to eating because I was stressed.

Need to get lots of water and get back on track for a good WI on Sat.
