I don't know why I find Wednesday my trouble day that turns into trouble days. I wish I could get this under control. I do pretty well than its like Wednesday comes and its pig out day!
Anyway here is my menu today
oatmeal 2
milk 1
strawberries 1
hummus 3
spinach, mushroom, orange pepper 0
toast 3
yogurt 2
coffee 3
pea soup 3
couscous 4
BLT's 10 (I'm too embarassed to say what that was!!)
apple 1
So total is 33, with 2 left but probably not really my BLT's today took the cake. And I had a bodystep in there so +4 AP. Yikes!
