
New releases are coming up for Les Mills classes (Bodypump, Bodystep, Bodyflow, etc).
We had our practice on Friday night and the new pump is friggin a killer! I love when it is hard because it means I have to push harder and be stronger.
I've gradually increased my weight in the class so I am now lifting what I was before my first pregnancy, now if I could just look the part :P. I'm getting there though. I feel really great. I run short runs 30mins with ease now. I tell you I got the excercise part down pact, to me that is the easy stuff, its this eating stuff that is so hard for me to figure out. With me trying to stop nursing baby and figuring out my points its really hard right now. We live and learn. Last week I had many days when I didn't eat all my points and had a gain, so we will have to adjust and eat all my points and see how I do this week.
