After not running or really exercising since Sat. I'm back at it this morning getting in about 6K. And on my run I saw one of my most beautiful friends, so that was a bonus! Felt good to get back to it and I know it really wasn't that long but I always worry about stamina changes and such when you take some time off. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
