Staying on track

Wednesdays are my hardest days I find. I do ok on the weekend. Than I'm really good Monday and Tuesday, come Wednesday I somehow find some chocolate to get into.

Today's challenge was my baby, it was the second night in a row of sleeping on the couch with her, she would just not settle. Than when she was up it was constant crying and being held all day. Its ok but sometimes I just find I've hit my limit. This causes bad food choices as I just automatically go to comfort food to make me feel better.

My goal was to post today, tomorrow and Friday's menu to keep me on track. You'll see today I gave in a bit.

oatmeal 2
strawberries 1
milk 2
flax seed waffle 2

coffee 3
apple 1

chicken curry 8

munchkins snack packs 2
cookies 9

winter squash and feta pasta 6
spinach 0
BLT's 3

total 39
-3 and no exercise today :(

So I tried to be good but I immediately go right to that sugar food on the tired eyes.
Drinking lots of water now and I really don't think I did that bad in the end.

Now sweet dreams for my little girly.
