A year from now I expect to be elated and sore. I want to run the http://www.detroitfreepressmarathon.com/
Depending on my training and time I will do either the half or the full marathon. So this is my new goal. I've already started training for a half marathon, not that I have one planned but because I need to follow something with my runs so I guess I'm doing a mock 1/2 marathon.
So now I have two personal wellness goals: 1. Get my weight down to goal weight
2. 1/2 or full marathon
