This is really helping me, sorry if its boring. I know that someone might read this so I try to stay good. Funny how I try to eat better if I know someone else might see this as opposed to just myself. Maybe WW should counsel us in journalling, review individually every week, talk about it, etc. I know I'd do a lot better.
