Weigh today and I'm surprisingly down 0.2lbs, nothing to jump up and down about but really I almost didn't go to my meeting this morning because I think all I ate this week besides a few healthy meals was sugar.
So here are some of my dirty confessions
I started out the week with a late Thanksgiving dinner and had 2 pieces of pumpkin pie.
I ate a bag of chocolate chips.
I didn't excercise very well this week.
I baked and iced a cake, and had a few pieces.
I had pizza the day before my weigh in, figuring I had already blown the week.
So silly of me to waste this week on this food that is not helping me in any sorts except immediate comfort. This week my goal is to eat much better and to journal, which I neglected last week.
