I gained .6lbs today at my WI. But I knew I was going to gain this week and I'm happy that it was only .6lbs, thank goodness for breastfeeding!!! So my leader at our meetings gives out a weekly journal for a member to take home and write in and hand back in the following week. I took it almost immediately. I knew I needed something to get me right back on track. Last weeks member lost 4.8lbs!! That is wonderful. So I'm excited to see my results for next week. Tonight I have a birthday party for my nephew, pizza and cake. I'm thinking of bringing my own food, I know I can eat pizza on WW but for me one piece is not good for moi.
This week my goals are:
- drink more water daily
- excercise 3X
- minimal chocolate
- follow 8 healthy guidelines as best I can
- meal plan
