So since I've had Ellie my whole gym idea was to excercise as little as possible because when I was excercising 5-7 days a week I could not lose weight. AND I've never figured out how much to eat when excercising in order to lose weight. I think I was never eating enough but who wants to eat more when they are trying to lose weight, not me. I was being successful with this plan until... I have to be in shape to teach. So I need a plan to excercise more to increase my cardio capacity.
Tonight I will make a plan for excercising and post it so I can remember what I'm to do and when. I think I'm still going to stay away from weights for the time being, maybe for another month and see where that gets me.
