doing well

The no chocolate is going well yesterday and today. I'm pretty happy for me, this is really hard. I like to snack on chocolate. But I'm finding better things. I find when I'm tired too, I run straight to chocolate.

Enough on that.

So I had to decide whether I want to be on the schedule for the gym come April. I know I can lose another 15lbs by than but I'm not sure if I'd be physically ready, since I'm only excercising 3X a week. I'm thinking I should up that to 4 and see what happens. So I declined and I will be on the schedule for the summer.

2 more days to WI, I'm hoping for another good one. I do find that I'm not hungry at night before bed anymore, which is soooo great. I am starving come 4am though but I can try to forget about that.
