WI today, I was worried because I kept going on my scale at home and to me it looked like I stayed the same. I said to Larry "I've been so good this week I'd be really disappointed if I stayed the same" For God sakes I ate 2 bags of M&M's last week, thats right 2 bags, not the single sized either, 2 big arse bags, and thats right I got a big arse for it too. So this week I had no chocolate, well very minimal. Thus I had no expectations going to WI today.
Well, well, well, I WI and (I hate how the WI ladies don't tell you right away, they have to write everything down, than it seems like forever and they say "well.......... ...... ..... ...... you lost 4.4lbs)
ME: "What, excuse me, what 4.4lbs, seriously?OMG!!!! Alexia your mommy is so happy today!!!!"
WI lady : Congratulations
So thats right I lost 4.4lbs this week, I think this is the most I've ever lost in one week. I'm thrilled.
Why is it that WI can make or break not only your day but your whole week? I feel good, I'm excited for next weeks WI. Now if I had gained, I'd have been seriously bummed.
I'm glad I'm starting this week off good again. Yeah Me!!
So this weeks goals:
3X workouts
drink 3L of water daily
meal plan

Hi! I know you wrote this two years ago, but I wanted to go back and read some of your "beginning." When you first started working out, did your body ache? Was it hard for you to run and feel good? Was counting points a pain or easy? Sorry for so many questions, but you are soooo inspiring! :-)
