Today was great, Larry got up with Alexia at 5am and I got to sleep till 7:30!! I feel sooo much better, sorry that he had to get up but sometimes I need this.
I made it to the gym for step class, its still really hard for me and I don't know how I'll ever get up my cardio to teach again but I'm working on it. The new releases come out March 3, and release probably mid-April. I can do this, I'm going to work as hard as I can to get back into shape to do the release.
On my goals for the week, still should be drinking more water, but everything else I'm doing well.
I think with Alexia I had such a difficult time losing weight because I wasn't sleeping. I would get maybe 5hrs of broken up sleep. She still doesn't sttn, but I can deal better with it. I've adjusted to less sleep. I think not enough sleep seriously hampered my weightloss efforts. I'm glad to be getting more sleep now!!
