Boohoo

My WI today was so disappointing. I am up .8lbs. I know I got into the chocolate but other than that I did really well, so I thought. I think I need to post more often so I can feel more accounted for.

Next week I'm hoping to do better, this weeks goals are:

  • plan meals
  • drink water
  • start running program

Yes start a running program, I was going to wait till I hit my 10% but than I thought why, I'll try it now and if I'm hurting than I will wait till I'm lighter. I was afraid I would hurt my knees at this weight.
