Well I made it through the party with only one piece of pizza!! And a piece of cake 12pts!! But I stayed OP and was fine.
I'm feeling a little more in control this week, something about a clean house helps. Its not super clean but its presentable and it really does help me be a better planner for what to eat.
I got a combat workout in this afternoon too so feeling thin, thinking thin and dreaming of my goal purchases!!
