Having a really hard time fitting in activity (although snow shovelling was brutal today, I've never had to stop before). I got my long run on Sunday and a combat video in on Tues but other than that time is just not there anymore. Shopping, cleaning, cooking, night shift=less activity. So the only thing I can do to help is to be extra careful.
Every year I gain 5lbs at Christmas, I don't normally worry about it as it usually comes off. However before I was able to excercise everyday sometimes 2hrs a day so it really didn't phase me too much. I enjoyed my sweets and worked hard in the gym. Now with my family that just isn't possible. My goal is to at least stay the same next week.

brussel sprouts with EVOO 1
cantalope 2
tapioca 1
whole wheat pasta 3
zuchini with EVOO 1
feta cheese 3
total so far 17 with 12 to go, i think I can handle that :)
