I've really gotten into podcasts lately, of course I'm still trying to figure this whole technology out. I stumbled across an interesting set called "My Thought Coach", it is a meditation podcast.
I came across one affirmation called "Think like the owner of a strong body", now I've really never had issues with weight training along side every other guy out there until after my pregnancies. Now I stick to the women's section in my gym for weights and running (remember Baby got Back!) (http://backinstep.blogspot.com/2008/03/baby-got-back.html). I listened to this 7 minute affirmation and found it really empowering. It made me want to get back to weight training in the coed section again.
If you have an mp3 or ipod, its definitely worth checking it out. They also had one for being a 'calm and peaceful driver' which I thought was quite funny because I think we've all been there before :).
