What I noticed yesterday

Yesterday I taught a double class of BodyStep and BodyPump. I love how my running has really allowed me to teach both of these classes with ease. What I noticed last night was when my arm raises to the ceiling for step, it actually feels smaller! I know when I first started working out at my starting weight of 235, my arms flapped away, especially if I was taking a BodyCombat class.
I remember doing all those punches and hearing my flabby arms slap against the sides of my body, it was sort of depressing that I allowed myself to get that big, whether I was pregnant or not. But now I am ecstatic that I am really really shrinking!!!! No more arms flapping against my sides (just a little still in the wind :) ).

And yes I finished both classes with the crusty sweat on my face. A good day for activity points, now I need to get my run in sometime today and stay on track with my eating.

That gives me hope that my arms won't always be this "flappy". You kickin' BUTT with the APs... Good for you! How many APs did you earn that day?

For sure you can do it!!

I normally count 4AP for teaching pump and 7AP if I'm teaching step. If I'm just taking the class I would count 3 for pump and 5 for step.
