Merry Christmas to Me

I am determined to succeed this week, my gift to myself tonight was making 2 batches of low point soups. Fiesta chicken (3pts) and Pasta e fagoli (2pts). I'll post the recipes tomorrow, they were very easy.
Look at the red and green swiss chard in this soup, its so Christmasy!

I did my shopping today for most of my stuff, I'll go again for Christmas Eve brunch, dinner and anything else. Is anyone amazed at how much money we spend on food to entertain? I went with a list and was still baffled I spent as much as I did.

And yes those are peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, but since I don't care for them they were an easy bake tonight.

So all of this, clean up and all, in just over an hour!

I'm quite excited to taste them now.
