This is my focus for the week. I am sitting here now making out my meal ideas. I'm the person that needs to see what I can eat and when I can workout. Because time is limited with my two beauties I find having a plan is the most important thing to help me get through the weight loss. I want to create interesting meals for myself, husband and still be appealing to my girls as well. Tonight we had a recipe from Eat, Shrink and Be Merry (one of my favs). It was an Oriental meal of chicken, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, peas and pasta. It went over quite well. 7pts in total, which I think is still pretty good.
Off to make some 0pt veggie soup now :)
