Waking up is hard to do

Last night I didn't get woken up till 4:30am by my oldest. I totally freaked because baby wakes numerous times throughout the night and hadn't been up at all to eat. So after settling my toddler (gasp..I have a toddler!!!) I go check in on baby, of course I wake her up. Feed, back to sleep, everything good.

To 7:45am, they aren't awake yet! My goodness this is a miracle, I roll over to get them up. Creek, crack, crick, my body is so stiff I can barely move. A good night of sleep is bad for my health obvious because on a regular night I never get this sore.

So as I'm waking up, breakfasts, potty, I think....can I run today? Its already probably 25C out and very humid. I think....well if I don't run this morning its going to be bloody hot later this afternoon. I think....can I make my body go. I think....ugh yep I'm going. Pack kids up.

I've figured out it takes me about 12min to get into my comfortable pace, slow as it is, and than I'm good to go. Got my 30 or so min in with both of them. Yeah me!! The more I do this, really the easier it gets. I stop at 30min but I could go longer, I just dont' want to, too hot or too much whining in the passenger seats. So I feel confident with this and see if I can get some longer ones in as well.
