Fibre 1 bars and cereal= TMI post

Warning, too much info on digestion but just being honest.

The ring of fire!! Sorry definitely too much info in this post.

So the bars taste pretty good and are a decent size as well. However, I believe it has 13g of sugar. To me sugar = have more sugar which = the downward spiral. So I thought well I should try to avoid these from now on, even though I have about 10 left.

The cereal is tasty too with I believe 14g of fibre per serving.

Problems
1. Flatulence that could kill a an army
2. The mid run stomach cramps and wishing you weren't 40min from home
3. Disposal

Solution
1. Done with trying these things.
