Lesson learned. I need to journal to lose weight.
Gained 1lb this week but I also had shoes on, shoes can weigh 1lb right :).
So what do I do after my meeting, more self sabbatoge. I get a coffee(usual) and a chocolate chip muffin! Than I go buy my dad a gift and buy some chips???? OH boy! So starting again with the next meal. And drinking my water because now I'm thirsty as heck.
