I tried a hill

We have a pretty nice hill here to run, so I tried it out. I didn't do a program but I just wanted to see what it was like and design a program from what I saw up there. And up there its very beautiful. You pretty much can see my whole area. I'll have to take pics and post them.

I thought i'd be pretty sore today but I was fine, thus need to go harder next time. But it was actually fun to run. That was the first time when I thought this is fun, maybe because it wasn't straight running, more like interval training.

So I have my excercise in routine, now i need to step it up in the eating. I think eating is 95% or weightloss and excercise is just 5%, well for me that is what I get. The excercising is easy, finding the time is difficult and the eating is....very difficult. But I will conquer.
